1.What Material Options Are Available for Our Carbon Fiber Composite Panels? 
To accommodate diverse customer requirements, our carbon fiber composite panels are available in a variety of base Epoxy Prepreg materials, such as plain/ twill weave carbon fiber fabric, unidirectional carbon fiber, and fiberglass. The surface materials can be customized to meet specific needs, including options like forged carbon fiber, aramid fiber woven fabric, aramid and carbon fiber hybrid, and electroplated fiberglass woven fabric. All prepregs above are impregnated with epoxy resin, and high-modulus carbon fiber can be used for special requirements.

2.How Are the Panel Structures Customized for Strength and Torsional Resistance? 
Our composite panels feature a multiple laminations of carbon in an epoxy matrix, with the outer layer consisting of carbon fiber fabric and the inner layers composed of unidirectional carbon fiber. To cater to customer-specific requirements for strength and torsional resistance, the inner unidirectional carbon fibers can be stacked in various orientations, such as 0°/90°, and 0°/90°/45°, resulting in optimized strength and torsional properties in the desired direction.

3.What Are the Key Features and Applications of Our Carbon Fiber Composite Panels? 
Our carbon fiber composite panels are characterized by high strength, high rigidity, lightweight, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance. They are available in both glossy and matte finishes. The panels are widely used in various applications, including drone components, automotive parts, industrial machinery components, medical equipment parts, and aerospace /car models.

4.What Specification of carbon plate we can provide?
(1) Thickness: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm and above, depend on customer’s requirements.
(2) Size: We provide size as 500 x 400mm, 500 x 500mm, 500 x 600mm and bigger size based on customer requirements.
(3) Finish: We provide glossy and matte finishes

5. What service we can provide to you for the carbon fiber plates?
