Production of Custom Composite Veneers
Galaxys International Ltd. specializes in producing top-quality carbon fiber composite veneers, including 1K and 3K carbon fiber woven veneers, as well as 1K and 3K colored glass fiber woven veneers, in sizes of 500 x 500mm.

I. Features and Customization Options
Our composite veneers are available in two types, based on resin characteristics:

(1) Room Temperature Curing Epoxy Resin Veneers
Texture and Thickness:
These veneers showcase a strong three-dimensional texture but may have a slightly thicker and less stable thickness.
Heat Resistance and Rigidity:
They possess lower heat resistance (TG point: 85-95℃) and rigidity, but are perfect for injection molding processes.
Color Customization:
We offer customization in colors, such as coffee, wine red, navy blue, and more. However, due to the base material's limitations, there may be color variances between batches.
Finishes:
Both mirror and matte finishes are available, but controlling thickness accuracy can be challenging.
Applications:
Our room temperature curing epoxy resin veneers are popular in non-critical thickness applications such as jewelry, gift items, watch dials, and glasses.

(2) High-Temperature Epoxy Resin Prepreg Veneers
Texture and Thickness:
Produced using high-temperature and high-pressure technology, these veneers are thinner and have a slightly weaker three-dimensional texture.
Heat Resistance and Rigidity:
They possess high heat resistance (TG point: 110-120℃) and rigidity.
Finishes:
Glossy/mirror-effect veneers are not recommended for this process, as surface quality can be difficult to control.
Applications:
They are ideal for thin, heat-resistant applications that require surface spray painting, such as high-end watch dials.

质感与厚度：
这些片材采用高温高压技术生产，厚度较薄且三维纹理略弱。
耐热性与刚性：
它们具有高耐热性（TG 点：110-120℃）和刚性。
表面处理：
不建议使用此工艺生产光泽/镜面效果片材，因为表面质量难以控制。
应用领域：
它们非常适合需要喷涂的薄且耐热的应用，如高档表盘。
