Product Overview
Our pultruded fiberglass profiles with vinyl ester resin combine lightweight design, high tensile strength, excellent toughness, and chemical resistance. The pultrusion process allows for diverse cross-sectional shapes and virtually unlimited lengths. Long profiles offer exceptional flexibility, bending performance, and shape retention, while shorter profiles provide strong elasticity and support.
Thanks to their cost-effectiveness compared with other fiberglass manufacturing methods, these profiles are ideal for a wide range of civilian applications, including tent frames, kite skeletons, antennas, agricultural greenhouses, model aircraft, and internal reinforcement for sporting equipment.

(5)Fiberglass Pultruded Profiles with Vinyl Ester Resin vs Epoxy Resin
Physical & Chemical Performance Comparison
• Vinyl ester pultruded profiles
Offer excellent corrosion resistance, reliable mechanical performance, and outstanding cost efficiency for most industrial and outdoor applications.
• Epoxy pultruded profiles
While more expensive to manufacture, are the preferred solution for high-performance applications that demand superior strength, fatigue resistance, and long-term dimensional stability.
